Virtual Transaction Coordinator

Work from home opportunity as a real estate estate administrative support role. The Transaction Coordinator’s responsibilities are critical to ensuring a file goes to closing with minimal disruption. You will support agents and team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. We will improve the customer experience by reducing customer effort, making information transparent and improving speed. 

Primary Objectives  

  • Keep track of contract deadlines, collect signatures, organize, update and maintain accurate files
  • Update agents on the progress of all contracts and advise Agents when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution.  
  • Maintains client and vendor database 
  • Communicate with Customers to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close.  

Regular Work Activities 

  • Initiate Paperwork 
  • Ensure system is constantly updated with all email and phone communication 
  • Communicate with Co-Op Agent, Closing Attorneys, Lenders, Clients, Vendors 
  • Track Loan progress, Inspections, and Repair Negotiations 
  • Obtain Broker approval on all files
  • Ensures that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place.

  • Identify tools and systems  to make daily workflow easier

You can juggle multiple file priorities, multiple client requirements, and are very time conscious. You understand the  importance of meeting deadlines  and work diligently to ensure documents are received on time. You carry yourself professionally. You value the importance of teamwork and that no one person can succeed alone. 

Job Requirements 

  • High school graduate 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with Google Suite Applications
